Fullback® Lifetime Limited Warranty
We stand behind Fullback with the strongest warranty in the industry, so you can rest assured that the benefits you enjoy today will continue for the life of you home.
This Warranty covers the Fullback® Thermal Support underlayment for as long as you or the subsequent owner lives in or owns the home or building where Fullback is installed.
What This Warranty Promises You
Fullback will maintain its energy-saving benefits
We warrant that the actual thermal resistance of the Fullback®Thermal Support System will not vary by more than 5% from the system "R"-value printed on the label. "R"-value refers to the resistance to heat flow. The higher the "R"-value, the greater the insulation power of the underlayment.
Fullback will allow your home to "breathe"
We warrant that the permeability of the Fullback® Thermal Support panel will maintain a 5.0 perm rating through the life of the product. (Permrating refers to resistance to the movement of water vapor. The lower the permrating, the higher the resistance to vapor transmission. Any product with a permrating of 1 or less is a vapor barrier.)
Fullback will maintain its structural integrity
We warrant that the structural integrity of the Fullback® Thermal Support panel will remain intact for the lifetime of your home. Because it does not absorb or retain water, it is not affected by freeze-thaw cycles and will not deteriorate or break down over time.
Fullback will not absorb more than 1% water or contribute to moisture damage
Fullback has been installed on homes for over 15 years and has undergone extensive testing. Both real-life experience and third-party testing have conclusively demonstrated that when properly installed Fullback will not absorb more than 1% moisture OR CONTRIBUTE TO WATER OR MOISTURE DAMAGE IN ANY WAY. Fullback also maintains a drainage plane that is essential in keeping the entire wall system from absorbing and retaining moisture.
We warrant that, when properly installed on the side wall of the home, the Fullback® Thermal Support System will maintain its original permrating of 5.0, will not absorb more than 1% moisture or contribute to water or moisture damage in any way, will maintain its structural integrity and will not deteriorate or break down over time, and that the actual thermal resistance of the product will not vary by more than five percent (5%) from the published product "R"-value.
In the event that your Fullback® Thermal Support System is proven to have not performed in accordance with this warranty, and all appropriate steps outlined in this warranty have been taken to validate your claim, we will:

You will be required to pay for all costs resulting from the removal of your Fullback product and siding samples, including the replacement of these samples, and all of the costs resulting from the testing of the samples.
